« Truck gets all Red Inside | Main | X-mas is almost here » December 07, 2003New Meats on the JimmyAfter 5 years and 45,000 miles it was time to put some new meats on the Jimmy, so I put the biggest ones I could stuff into the wheel wells. I have to grind away some metal on the running boards so I could have enough clearance to turn the truck. The new 32x11.50 R15 BFGoodrich All-Terrain Tires are a nice addition to the almost bald ones I had on before. The truck definitely drives different with the wider tires on now and also stopping is a little slower with the extra rolling weight. I'll be putting on performance brake pads in a the coming weeks and flushing the entire brake system with new fluid. Probably even new stainless steel braided front brake lines also, just to beef it up some for future modifications. Posted by Jeremy at December 7, 2003 12:22 AM Comments
