Your a photographer, you like to take pictures, you need to know your legal rights. Bert P. Krages II has published such a guideline for the use of photographers. It outlines your basic civil rights and what your abilities are to take photos of who, what, and where.

ACLU: Know Your Rights!
Here a link so that you may download and print a copy of your basic rights when you come in contact with any Law Enforcement person. Knowing your rights is something everyone should do. So here is your tool to do so.

Movie: Fantastic Four
I'm a Marvel Comics fan so you know I'm gonna be a little bias to begin with. Jessica Alba doesn't help since she is a hottie. I still wish they had Dark Angel the T.V. series on.
The movie was laid out well, and the storyline was good. I found that it followed the comic book style story telling method. The movie had good acting and great special effects. If your a Marvel Comics fan then you will need to see this show for sure. Don't be a stooge and wait until DVD, see this on the big screen for sure.

Jupiter Lighthouse
Jupiter Lighthouse, Jupiter, FL. I took a tour of this lighthouse earlier in the week when I was in Jupiter doing some things.

Lighthouse Keeper
This fellow was watching over the inlet in Jupiter, FL. I suppose he was making sure everything was going smooth in the inlet.
